Cancellation Policy

RIDELUXMIA — RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY RideluxMia is committed to reliable, professional, luxury transportation. Please review these policies before booking. Reservations & Deposits A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, time, and vehicle. Reservations are confirmed only after payment and confirmation from RideluxMia. The remaining balance is due before the trip and may be paid by cash or Zelle. Reservations made within 24 hours of pickup require full payment at booking. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 48+ hours before service: the $50 deposit remains non-refundable but may, at RideluxMia’s discretion, be transferred to a future reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours: all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Services already started are non-refundable. If RideluxMia cancels for reasons within our control and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, payments for the affected service will be refunded. All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to RideluxMia. Rescheduling Requests should be made at least 48 hours before the original reservation and are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Approved deposits may be transferred one time to a new date at RideluxMia’s discretion. Late Arrivals & No-Shows A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes without prior communication or approval, the reservation may be canceled and payments forfeited. Extra waiting time may result in additional charges. Clients who do not arrive or communicate are considered no-shows. No-shows are treated as same-day cancellations and are non-refundable. Reservation Changes Changes to pickup/drop-off locations, times, passenger count, extra stops, or other details are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Same-day changes are not guaranteed. Vehicle Care Clients are responsible for their party and vehicle care. Fees may apply for excessive cleaning, misuse, damage, or repairs caused by the client or their party. Service Delays RideluxMia will make reasonable efforts to provide timely service but is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Agreement By submitting payment and confirming a reservation, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. RideluxMia may update these policies when necessary.
